Tests and interviews were used for the selection process. The communication with the recruiters and HR was good, clear and understandable. Communication with the hiring manager was less understandable, but that was getting used to in the end. Overall a positive experience as they tend to react fast on email, which is one of their values.

Entretien
It starts with a Logic test followed by an interview with a recruiter. There's an additional interview with line manager and then an invitation to the GS Day along with other perspective candidates.

The interview process took way too long and the important information - such as what documents will be needed was communicated days before they were needed. Additionally, a lot of important contract information was not mentioned, which is very bad especially if this is your first job.
