It was super long and I felt frustrated most of the time, the process is very tiring but the people working are really helpful and that's what it made it a bit easier

Entretien
Great structure, quick meetings and spot on questions. First you receive an assessment and then if you pass you get to pick an interview date. First interview is done with HR and then if passed you get to meet your future team lead

Entretien
I have no idea how bunq’s application process works especially that Skill Assessment. I’ve applied for the same role and a couple of others and somehow I can pass the test one week and fail it the next… while giving almost identical answers. The test has some multiple-choice questions and some “pretend you’re solving a customer issue” scenarios where you basically write the most generic support response ever. Somehow, sometimes it’s brilliant, sometimes it’s apparently terrible.
In short: I think the assessment is judging me based on the moon’s phase or something.

Fast interview process. You spend a working day at the office, doing tasks and present them at the end of the day. It can be challenging but you get the results quickly, no long waiting.
