There wasn’t even an interview, I got referred by someone inside and came in ready to pitch research-based tailored ideas because I understand the fraud space and fintech (bunq has a very active darkweb fraud activity profile) , but their hiring process is a joke, just lazy filtering run by recruiters hiding behind broken AI tools. They pushed me into this Neurolytics test, which is basically a scam dressed up as assessment, I scored well in 3/4 parts and “failed” one because 2 minutes 30 seconds to read, comprehend and answer ten questions is ridiculous, so yeah I actually read the first set and ran out of time, then rushed the rest by guessing just to beat the clock and still landed high results. The whole thing rewards gambling instead of thinking, which says everything about how unserious it is. Then they took two weeks just to tell me I failed, like what even happened in that time? Took someone five seconds glancing at my result and hit reject, because they don't have CVs, just raw input from the referral/my text - which of course they most probably process via AI. Easily one of the most dehumanizing and pointless application experiences I’ve had.
