1. Phone interview for half an hour, the lady was very nice. 2. Received a phone call for an in-person interview. 3. I went to the interview which lasted 2 hours and interviewed with 4 people. 4. One of the ladies facial expression were kind of mean; therefore, I didn't felt comfortable. One of the guys were yawning, which I found it inappropriate.

The interview process was quick and easy and the people were very nice. I read some concerning reviews from people who have worked here though and it was kind of a turn off, a lot of talk about being overworked and underpaid

Basic behavioral interview, pretty simple. Phone interview and in-person interview ask same questions. The Aetna recruiters seem very angry when trying to get feedback from them. From beginning to end took about 1 month.
