It was a seamless process. I had three interviews via video calls. Each one was fun, informative and not at all intimidating. In fact, it was much more conversational than the traditional interviews with standard questions. From there, I completed a writing assessment and was ultimately offered a position, which I accepted.

The interview process included introductory calls with HR and senior leadership, followed by a skills-based assessment. The conversations were thoughtful and gave me a strong sense of the team and culture.
