Initial phone Interview with role playing and basic work history discussion.
Face to face with Sales Supervisor, relaxed, liked that it was like a friendly conversation. More role playing, review of resume and outline of expectations.
Face to face with CEO; more intense, company history, salary discussion. If you get an interview with the CEO, you are pretty much in, if you don't just completely blow it.
