Applied online. Shorlisted few month. Invited to interview by email and phone. The interview went ok. Honest and fun. Treated very well and opened. Two way discussion and giving chance to ask
Pros;
- i was able to do it virtually
- the interviewer had interest in my responses and provided a calm and not stressful environment
Cons:
- heard positive feedback, but didn't follow up

an interview covering me, the company, things I like, things they wamt, who I am, who they are, what's going on. how could this happen to me, I've made my mistakes, got nowhere to run, but life goes on as I'm fading away.
It was a 5 stage interview process.
Following online application, One Online test, value based interview, technical interview specific to discipline applied for,and assessment centre in person. Overall took about four to five months.
