Behavioral and technical questions. Video interview for pre screening. Interview is heavily focused on bp behaviors with some technical questions. Overall easy if well prepared. Timing between interview and offer could be really slow or really fast

El proceso fue efectivo y rápido duró algunas semanas pero fluyó de buena forma, la lista de solicitud de documentos es corta, lo necesario para una contratación. La comunicación con la persona que entrevista fue efectiva y en todo momento resolvió las dudas.

The interview process, though lengthy was fair, transparent, engaging and transparent. There was a panel the comprised of 3 people, the hiring manager, a head of department as well as HR. The hiring manager asked most of the technical questions, which we all competency based. The rest of the team asked competency based question that were leadership and skills development based.
