I would say it was an overall straight forward. Be comfortable being quizzed and prodded for more info on answers. A sort of high stress situation to determine how you work under pressure. Very selective process. Simulations and 2:1 questions. Also a group component is included.

Laid back interview process. Go in with an open mind and not a stick up your rear end and your chances will improve. They are fairly selective though, most of the people I thought would get offers did not.
