HR was polite and efficient. The process involved one interview with people from another team who work with the hiring manager. The interview was casual, peppered with some basic HR questions. The team appeared to be 'cliquey' and not basing their hiring decisions on merit; the interview was with another team because the hiring manager wanted to make sure I got along with this team first.

Bom processo de analise. Entrevista bastante fluida pessoal interessado em conhecer o candidato. Os entrevistadores demonstraram bastante interesse. Falaram pouco sobre o desafio mas acredito que demonstraram o que era necessária para a oportunidade.

While the HR interview was smooth, the hiring manager's interview seemed quite off. Despite having my profile beforehand, he created a fuss over my company size vs bp and how difficult it is for himself to manage everything. Tbh, it seemed like a waste of time and the hiring manager forgot that he himself joined bp from a small org!
