Applied after attending discovery day at BP headquatres. Invited to interview 3 days after completing all psychometric tests. Interviewer was friendly and the interview questions were pretty standard - be prepared to talk about your choice of education, your past experience, standard competency questions and prepare a list of questions to ask them.
