Case study interview, followed by behavioral based interview. The case study question was HR specific, but nothing you could prepare for. Would suggest reviewing core values online. Took about an hour, in total with a very friendly interviewer from the HR business.

Case study was situational based - difficult to prepare for this type of interview, so just be yourself and answer what you’d do honestly!
It was an easy interview, I would say. I was very nervous, and they tried to make some jokes and comfort me, They told me they will contact me end of the month.

Overall, it was not a very smooth or pleasant experience. The role seemed more like a pipeline position rather than an immediate hiring need, as it was reposted again after three months. During the interview, the focus was heavily on extracting detailed information about current company experience, rather than providing insights into the role, the organization itself, or sharing the BP culture. The experience did not fully reflect BP’s stated value of ‘Care for Others'.
