Not pleasant, people did not appear to to have the requisite knowledge to interview me for the advertised position. The people involved appeared to be ill prepared to run the show, I was left feeling the whole place was an omnishambles.

Entretien
The interview question are ok, and there is case study. The interviewers consist of HR, Hiring Manager and various stakeholders. They are very friendly. The overall experience is ok. However, the waiting for HR's response is the worse. After interview, there is no update from them. I had to chase for an response on bi-weekly basis. If the BP Global HR see this message, please treat the candidate with respect. One day, you will also be like us look for jobs, and I am sure you won't want other HR treat you the same. Bad experience with the HR.
