Working with this recruiting company felt like being love-bombed and ghosted in the same breath. They come in overly enthusiastic with urgency and hopefulness and then disappear the moment you're not really immediately useful to them. No follow-up, no updates, not even the bare minimum of professionalism. Just silence. What’s more frustrating is how little they seem to understand their own candidates. Conversations felt shallow, like they were scanning for keywords instead of actually understanding experience, skill sets, or even the roles they are trying to fill. It didn’t feel like thoughtful recruiting. It felt like guesswork. Overall, the process came across as transactional and disorganized. I’d be very cautious about working with them again. There are plenty of firms out there that know how to treat candidates with basic respect and actually do the job they claim to do.
