Interviewed for an entry-level sales role. The first step was a phone screening with a recruiter that lasted around 45 minutes. The process was organized and professional. She gave a thorough overview of the company, training, compensation, expectations, and promotion path, then asked a mix of standard sales questions and background questions.
The interview was more in-depth than a typical screening, especially around motivation, customer service and sales experience, cold calling, discovery calls, and long-term career goals. They were clear that the role starts with a mix of sales support and business development before moving into full sales responsibility.
Overall, the process felt structured and transparent. The recruiter was friendly and detailed, and the company seemed to take training and internal promotion seriously.

you first apply online, the recruiter calls you, then the trainer calls you, then the area manager calls you. If they like you they will schedule an interview with the office manager where you take a math test. If you pass that interview, they will make you an offer. The process takes about 4-6 weeks.
