I got call from HR . I told her about my profile and experiance 6 yrs of . Now twist plot while she told me that package will be 10 to 20% on current salary. Oh really? Means there is no value of exepriance. 10-20% is only appraisal amount which can be achieved in current organisation. I told her my expectation which she thought like too much . Then why you guys hiring employees if you cannot afford them . She said me to contact back after discussion with managers and i know No call will be there. such kind of organisation decreased pay standard of developers. Bad experiance.
Suggestion for you : only call if you guys can actually afford employee expected package .

The interview process was very easy.
They Asked basic react and Java Script questions.
Initial screening round with H R, then 1 tech round and then offer.
Easy question, verbal coding round.
