Worked for Bare in Denver for a couple years, and eventually ended up interviewing people for my store so I got very familiar with the interview process. They ask many common interview questions and questions about approach to sales and customer service. For the second interview they have candidates do a role play with a manager and pretend she is customer and apply and sell a full face of product to her as if she were a customer. The most important thing throughout the interview process is being able to show you can interact with customers in a positive way and understand how to close sales, and showing knowledge of beauty in general and application techniques like shade matching and contouring you will be using on the job.
