      1. Applied online 2. Phone screening with recruiter 3. Video interview with hiring manager 4. 2 rounds of interviews with co-workers, one of which was to assess cultural fit 5. Final conversation with department leadership Overall, this was one of the best interview processes I have experienced. I was interviewing for another position at the same time and the experience between andros and the other company was night and day. The recruiter was a master at ensuring that the role was a good fit on both ends. He answered all of my questions and thoroughly described the role, as well as the company. In addition to his friendly and prompt communication, the recruiter also had a knack for balancing my needs alongside those of the company, which made the process feel authentic and collaborative. The hiring manager was able to answer all of my questions with candor and took the time to ask follow up questions, maintaining engagement throughout the process. There was a series of interviews with 2 employees per interview to discuss the role and assess cultural fit. Everyone I spoke with was kind, professional, and genuinely seemed to enjoy working at the company. The final interview with company leadership was helpful in understanding the vision and future direction of the company. In addition to the professionalism and transparency throughout the interview process, I was also struck by how everyone I spoke with genuinely enjoyed working for andros. I tried several times to gauge if this was genuine and after accepting the offer and working for the company, I can say that it is. The attention, care, and collaboration demonstrated throughout the interview process is indicative of how intentional andros is in everything they do. From my experience thus far, the interview process is an accurate reflection of the company’s expectations and values.
