The 1st round of the interview was easy and quick. Round 2 was scheduled on same call. Round 2 went about as smoothly and I was assured that I would hear back from them by the end of the month ( this was half way through the month). I never heard back. I emailed the 1st interviewer, no answer; I called the 1st interviewer and their # was disconnected. I emailed of the the 2nd interviewers ( Heather ) and got no response. Finally I called the main switchboard and requested to speak with Heather, I was told No and they took my information assuring me that I would be called back, this never happened. I called back the next week and learned from a general client service person that Heather had filled the position and then promptly gone on holiday and never followed up with me. Genuinely I am not upset about the lack of offer, its something one gets used to in this atmosphere; however the lack of professionalism with the hiring process was truly shocking given the reputation of this company. Overall I feel like the HR in this company is not respectful of the time of those who apply.
