Instead of setting a time and deadline mutually, he proceeded to impose a timeline without knowing my suggestions - Hiring manager was late to the interview - Hiring manager made assumptions about missing skillset, which were my core competencies at that point. Overall, the interview process lacked empathy I decided to not go ahead with the process due to these red flags.
