Smooth process and helpful HR representatives.
Interview was average, not too difficult not easy. A bit generic. Overall nice. The main focus of the interview was on past experience with some knowledge questions.

it started with a phone call with the interviewer asking a few questions then scheduled a technical interview with the hiring manager, then we have an interview with all the marketing team

The Middle East team is really in a complete mess and clueless! and I am sure the global team knows nothing about that.
Once I applied for this role I got a call/ Whatsapp from HR Admin asking me about salary indications which supposed to come from them and kept following up for 2 days and once I share her me salary rang I got a call from HR Turkey, it was just a screening and she told me that I need to create a video and answer 3 questions to the team, so I told her when you will send me HireVue link to start recording, she told me no we don't have you can record a video by your mobile!
And I doubt big companies like Adidas ask people to record themselves and they don't have tools like HireVue.
Anyway, I recorded the video to get the first actual interview, she told me the team wanna meet you and before the call with one hour she told me we need to reschedule because the head of the department need to attend, I agreed to reschedule the following day and then during the interview, I didn't find the HOD who scheduled the call but I found two team members who are somehow juniors and they told me will share a brief with you for a business case.
The HR promised that she will share the business case brief by the end of the week.
Well, after two days I got an automated message from the system that I am not qualified!
The entire process is a mess and needs an audit from the global team because from what I see there is no supervision and wasting candidates' time and wasting resources as well.
Adidas was a brand I loved to work in Adidas, however, I learned a lesson that will never apply to a messy system like that again.
