Group interview with two other candidates with the store manager and a team leader asking questions. We were each given an item that we had to "sell" to them. One person had to sell a pen, I got the tissue box, and another had to sell something else but I forget. Pretty standard interview in sales. It lasted about 20 minutes or so. They ask you what your availability is, how many hours you are looking for.

I Went through two interviews once I was hired, I had to do a background check. And then I had to wait to get into the system. The process took 2/3 weeks.

The interview process for sales associate at Adidas was brief. The hiring manager interviewed us as a group of 3 outside the mall. We learned whether we would be moving forward the following day.
Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
