Very relaxed conversation about myself and goals and future, which made it extremely easy to understand why would be expected and how I will be able to work around my sport which the managers allowed me with no hassle and stress.

What are you long term goals? What are you experiences in leadership? What are you expectations from us as managers?
I Went through two interviews once I was hired, I had to do a background check. And then I had to wait to get into the system. The process took 2/3 weeks.

The interview process for sales associate at Adidas was brief. The hiring manager interviewed us as a group of 3 outside the mall. We learned whether we would be moving forward the following day.
Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
