It was an extremely big group interview. Probably close to one hundred people. We lined up and four people went at a time to "help" and "sale" to customers, which were played by current employees. Took about 2 mins max. They gave us a grade, secretly showed it to the manager and if we passed we were basically hired.
15 min behavioral interview where I was asked things like , “how do you work on a team”, “why adidas”. Afterwards was asked if I wanted to work part time or full time.
The entire process was very easy and stress-free, with everything running smoothly from start to finish. Each step was clear, straightforward, and required minimal effort, which allowed me to stay relaxed and focused without feeling overwhelmed. It felt seamless and well-organized, making the experience both convenient and worry-free.
