Starts off as a group interview the first day, then if you pass that, you come in for a one on one interview. If you are hired they go over the days of availability and how many hours you will be doing based on your position if it's full time, part time, or seasonal.
15 min behavioral interview where I was asked things like , “how do you work on a team”, “why adidas”. Afterwards was asked if I wanted to work part time or full time.
The entire process was very easy and stress-free, with everything running smoothly from start to finish. Each step was clear, straightforward, and required minimal effort, which allowed me to stay relaxed and focused without feeling overwhelmed. It felt seamless and well-organized, making the experience both convenient and worry-free.
