Very behavioral base study their company values and mission. They want to hear that you know the company also be confident In your skills. They value attitude as well come in with a positive mindset if you can.

What does customer service mean to you? Why are you interested in this position?
15 min behavioral interview where I was asked things like , “how do you work on a team”, “why adidas”. Afterwards was asked if I wanted to work part time or full time.
The entire process was very easy and stress-free, with everything running smoothly from start to finish. Each step was clear, straightforward, and required minimal effort, which allowed me to stay relaxed and focused without feeling overwhelmed. It felt seamless and well-organized, making the experience both convenient and worry-free.
