Whole process for both interviews took about 2 months due to, limited/no job opening available.
I was asked to present my resume and explain my experiences that related to the position for Team Leader. I was also asked several questions on situations and how I would handle them. I was then given an opportunity to ask questions to my interviewer.

Entretien
I was recruited off of LinkedIn by the GM of the particular location, met and talked for a couple hours. I was immediately set up on an interview with the Senior Regional Manager, and then a few days later, met the team and accepted an offer on the spot! The entire process was very smooth, communication never dropped, aside from the Regional Manager being quite intimidating (walking away I wasn't sure if he liked me or not) turns out he did! - it was a great experience.

I had a group interview which had a total of 4 people. We got interviewed outside. Asked a lot of questions about customer service and how well you work with other people.
