The process had and Introduction call with the HR person, plus a video interview and a business case presentation with the hiring manager. The business case was sent prior to the appointment so was possible to prepare it.

You will receive a 1st online interview where you need to record your answers (HR stage). If passing, you will go into an interview with a case study along with the hiring manager and other people from different areas. There was supposed to be a 3rd round but I did not make it. The process is slow and you have little contact along with HR. The case study takes a lot of time, and you receive 24 hours before the interview. You need to do a presentation. The questions in the interview are too theoretical, and sometimes they try to put into into some sort of pressure. In the end I did not pass through this stage, but it took a lot of my time only to receive an automatic message of rejection. I asked for more specific feedback, but did not get it, so it felt unprofessional. My advice is, think if is worth it going through the case study, because you might not even get proper feedback if not passing.
