J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez adidas (Amsterdam) en avr. 2021
Entretien
I applied on the Adidas website and got a phone call a few weeks later from the recruiter:
1. Initial Phone call with the recruiter to ensure that my background matched what they were looking for
(20 mins)
2. Interview with the Hiring Manager
(45 mins)
3. Case Study Interview with the Hiring Team - Director, IT Stakeholder and Hiring Manager
(1h)
I thoroughly enjoyed the interview process and only waited on average 2 weeks between communications. The team was very engaged during the whole interview and I had a great time. I didn't get the job because an internal candidate was chosen - and I was given advice on where I could improve: being a little more analytical in my presentation.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Q1: How would you prioritise items in your backlog?
Q2: How do you deal with a difficult stakeholder?
Q3: What was the last thing you learnt?
The interview process was good. A lot of emphasis on my areas of expertise. The questions were practical but also aimed to better understand what kind of person and employee I would be. It felt very welcoming and respectful of my time and skillset.
Pretty smooth and professional. Involved a case study interview that had to be prepared. I got sick and had to postpone one of the interviews at the last minute and they were sympathetic to that. It was a good, clear process overall as you would expect.
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez adidas (Nürnberg) en févr. 2022
Entretien
I interviewed at adidas (Germany) in Feb 2022. I sent my application and start receiving a bunch of e mails on how cool they are in Adidas and that they will get back to me within 2 weeks. Recruiter reached out to me after a Month asking to schedule a phone call and took her more than 2 weeks to reply to my e mail and arrange the phone call which I find totally unacceptable. The phone screening process was a typical one for a recruiter that has a bunch of questions to ask in order to filter candidates but has no idea what she talks about. Of course, never heard back after the initial call. No feedback no information..
