The process consisted of a couple of phone interviews followed by an in-person presentation with senior members of the team in the NYC office. The expectations were very clear and it was a relatively laid-back process. The members of the team asked questions after.
Application - HR Stage 1 Interview - 2 Tasks - Final Team Interview. That was the overall interview route and from application submission to finding out the result and outcome of the decision took 2 months. The communication between stages dragged out and I also felt like I was giving away free ideas to the company.

They asked me to speak about my previous experience including my most recent role and then asked why adidas and why this role. They also asked about my strengths and weaknesses.
