Applied through Glassdoor, got a reply for an interview. The interview itself was typical standard, but what I thought was ultimately a waste of time is that the job description and what they were looking for was not exactly the same. I wouldn't have applied or even gone to the interview if I had known beforehand. Pls revise your JD if posting a job listing!
