Very casual process, with simple retail questions. However, the process was very long, especially after the interview. The time applied and the interview was fairly long ( a couple of months)

Agradable, muy atentos te explican a fondo todo el proceso de capacitación , la capacitación super completa te resuelven todas tus dudas. E l reclutador muy amable, empático, con muchos entusiasmo , buena actitud hacia los entrevistadores.

It was a group interview, we went out to a seated area in the mall and there was about 8 of us. The manager had another member of staff taking notes on the answers each of us gave.
