Easy car il n'y avait pas un nombre d'entretiens assez important. Ils devraient augmenter la difficulté. Je conseille de rajouter le nombre d'interlocuteurs à rencontrer. Rencontrer l'équipe serait aussi intéressant
3 stages, 1 with the hiring manager, then 2 cultural fit interviews, with people based all over APAC, managed by a recruiter. Clear, concise communication, helpful info sent prior to every interview, and a briefing after every interview to discuss feedback

Entretien
It was a very transparent and smooth process! They treated me like a valuable asset from day one of our conversation. Even if I didn't get the job, I would apply with them again!

Entretien
I applied online and I got a call after a month (more or less). A girl called me speaking in Portuguese (I live in Portugal) and said that she was calling from Adidas and the position I applied to. Then she asked me if I had some minutes and if we could start to speak English, and I said yes. She started sort of interview and the first and only question was: why did you applied to this position and why Adidas? I shortly answered and said that I already got another sourcing job, so I thanked her for the call and her time. She said oh well and we just said goodbye to each other.
