I was interviewed by an HR specialist from Atlanta (even though I applied for a position in Herzogenarauch), the interview last 20 minutes and I was asked at least 6-7 job-related and skills-related questions. I didn't proceed to the next phase.

How do you think the Brand Communication process work for Adidas?
I applied online and received an interview invitation on mid-April, I postponed the interview, and after one month's waiting, they rescheduled the interview in June. There are two rounds of interviews, which were both conducted through Skype. The first interviewer was a HR and the second one was from the department you applied for.

Submission of CV and resume through their web portal
Received an email and got invited for video Interview. Email included a link and was given a few seconds to think through the questions before I record my response.
The final round was a Face to Face interview (I did Skype interview because I was on exchange) where they asked more personality questions, situational questions as well.
