Skype Interview with Hiring Manager, afterwards invite to on-site interview in Herzogenaurach on the adidas campus (travel/hotel accomodation organized and re-imbursed by adidas). After tour on campus, 30 minute preperation time for assigned case, then interview with 2 adidas reps from the team in which the postion was advertised and 1 HR rep.

Process was straight forward but very long. (+- 2.5 months). Had 48 hours to prepare a case study. No offer received in the end but received a call from recruiter delivering bad news.

Three step recruitment process that spanned 3.5 months. Interview with the Hiring Manager was largely behavioral. For the panel interview, we were given a prompt and had to do a 20 minute presentation, followed by Q&A.
