Quick, easy, very friendly, did not need to be well versed with knowledge about adidas brand and product. Both assistant manager and store manager both sat and listened in on interview. However, the assistant manager was the only one that interviewed me.
15 min behavioral interview where I was asked things like , “how do you work on a team”, “why adidas”. Afterwards was asked if I wanted to work part time or full time.
The entire process was very easy and stress-free, with everything running smoothly from start to finish. Each step was clear, straightforward, and required minimal effort, which allowed me to stay relaxed and focused without feeling overwhelmed. It felt seamless and well-organized, making the experience both convenient and worry-free.
