Bewerbung Anfang Dezember, Textbausteinantwort vier Wochen später. Videointerview (was eigentlich keins war, da meine Antworten aufgezeichnet wurden) Anfang Februar. Ende Februar wieder eine Textbausteinantwort und seit dem nichts mehr gehört - keine Absage, keine Rückmeldung auf meine E-Mails, nichts.

Es werden aufgezeichnete Fragen gezeigt auf die man innerhalb von 10-20 Sek. eine Antwort überlegt werden. Standardfragen auf Englisch.

I was contacted by a recruiter with whom I met, then the hiring manager. Everyone was professional and brief. There was not a deep level of conversation with the hiring manager.
It took about a month and involved several individuals from various departments. It was fair and objective throughout. I would recommend and believe that it was executed in a timely manner.

- Recruiter screening- 121 with Hiring manager-Case study - One more interview with the team. Extremely unorganised and unprofessional behaviour by the interviewee and HR. Role paused, ghosted, recruiter not responding-etc
