Entretien Skype: le manager était super sympa et très detendu. La vieille il m'avait de preparer un consumer engagement sur la marque. Je lui ai presenté et ensuite il m'a posé les questions classiques d'un entretien.

The interview process was straightforward and well-organized. It started with a recorded video interview, followed by a one-on-one interview with the department manager via Teams. The manager was very helpful, clear in her communication, and made the conversation feel comfortable. Overall, it was a positive and smooth experience.

The first step was a one-way online interview and consisted of answering basic questions about yourself and why would one want to work at Adidas. I only had two minutes to answer each question which was not very convenient.
Recorded video interview for the recruiter, a casual fifteen minute chat with hiring manager, and a three hour group session with the other candidates involving a group case study. Happens over the span of a month, tough process but not the worst.
