The interview process was extremely easy and straight forward. I would recommend wearing Adidas apparel if possible and doing some research on the brand prior. Make sure you have pretty open availability as this is retail and you will be needed to work different shifts weekly.
15 min behavioral interview where I was asked things like , “how do you work on a team”, “why adidas”. Afterwards was asked if I wanted to work part time or full time.
The entire process was very easy and stress-free, with everything running smoothly from start to finish. Each step was clear, straightforward, and required minimal effort, which allowed me to stay relaxed and focused without feeling overwhelmed. It felt seamless and well-organized, making the experience both convenient and worry-free.
