Applied online (Indeed, best network To apply through), got called back a week later or maybe even less than that. Went to a group interview with about 20 other people. BE YOURSELF! Everyone that was way too serious or just sounded rehearsed didn't get the job. Went to a second round to meet with the cashier manger. Only three people from my group (out of the 20) moved on. Then only two of us made it to meet with the store manger. Which then we were offer the job. Very chill interview, best way to get it is be yourself.

- tell me about yourself
- why do u wanna work here
- why Adidas
- what can u bring to the company

Easy. The manager made me feel comfortable from the beginning. It was more of a conversation than an interview. Questions were simple and did not require much thought. Just felt like I needed to be personable.

Soho location group interview which included standard questions, very chilled environment. I wore business casual attire. (No other logos) The interview was like having a conversation not a interrogation. Stay true to you not who you think they want you to be!
