J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez adidas

Interview was done in a group. It was your typical interview asking about why you wanted to work for the store, what you can bring to the company, your part in a team, etc. Group interviews are always awkward and it's almost impossible for you to have any kind of meaningful interaction with the manager that would lead to you being hired.
15 min behavioral interview where I was asked things like , “how do you work on a team”, “why adidas”. Afterwards was asked if I wanted to work part time or full time.
The entire process was very easy and stress-free, with everything running smoothly from start to finish. Each step was clear, straightforward, and required minimal effort, which allowed me to stay relaxed and focused without feeling overwhelmed. It felt seamless and well-organized, making the experience both convenient and worry-free.
