Phone Interview with light chit chat and then moved onto the business related interview questions. I interview early before they started selection for the summer so I have not heard back yet.

Applied for job position online, was contacted within a couple days for a phone interview (30 minutes). Immediately following the phone interview, I was asked to complete an online assessment. Once submitted, I heard back from Zywave within a week to come in for an in-person interview with two supervisors (about an hour or so). Within 2-3 days following that interview, I was offered the position via phone call. Very straightforward process, have nothing but good things to say about the people I dealt with throughout and they were very open, friendly, and transparent all the way from initial phone screen to job offer.
