I met with the founder and had a discussion about the role. They were very friendly and the company sounded exciting. We talked about my past experience and the future intentions of my career. It did not seem the right fit for me at the time so i did not take things further. It did sound like a great team and the company had an exciting direction with a good founder keen on diversity.
