They brought me to their offices and sat me infront of a TV and had the lead game designer from that studio interview me from their home. Answered some basic questions about interest in the company and my interests in games

Expectations were clearly set. The team was proactive in communicating requirements and also patient to listen to any concerns or questions regarding the job. They are open to a hybrid working style and have quite a few employee benefits

3-4 face to face interviews happened and it was really great. The Interviewers are really helpful and understanding they encourage you so much and give you space to think and it felt more like a Brainstorm session
