Post the resume being shortlisted and the assignment approved, the first interview round was held with the CBO. Next came the round with one of the co-founders. Next came the interview with the other co-founder, which is where everything went downhill. He didn't show up for the virtual interview. Hours later I was sent a message on LinkedIn and asked to get in touch via WhatsApp. No prompt, professional communication and a lot of back and forth led me to stop communicating altogether. The team tried to get in touch continuously when they felt like it and finally got a taste of their own medicine.
