Initial call with HR, followed by call with hiring manager, verbal and numerical reasoning tests and then an interview. Terrible interview - only 2 competency based questions, hiring manager was not very knowledgeable. No feedback, company did not let me know the outcome and even started re-advertising the post. No feedback. Terrible from a company who is supposed to be people focussed.
