The recruiter was very unprofessional. He called me during work hours and conducted a phone interview right away without prior notice. He also talks like one of those loan sales people which was offputting. In the end, he asked me for my current salary (which is normal in HK standard) but he wanted proof! There is obviously no trust or respect for candidates.
