J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zuora en sept. 2013
Entretien
As I was referred into Zuora, so I avoided the resume gauntlet. This was nice as I was able to connect with the hiring manager and see if there were grounds to move forward. Over the next several weeks I many calls, interviews, meetings and few trips to SF to attend the Subscribed event as well as a day of interviews at HQ. Zuora was very flexible when it came to timelines for me or things that were already planned events. Over all the process was straight forward and a good experience. I am glad I made the move.

I went through initial vetting from the recruiter, who set up the first interview with an existing Senior SE in the office. This was followed by video calls with HR and a meeting where I delivered a sample presentation to the local VP of Sales team. I then had video calls with SE leadership in the US.

I was offered a job at Zuora and I begin working there in a few weeks. This review is about the interview cycle.
The interview cycle was very thorough. Each person I met was very interested in learning abou me, my expeience, and how well I would fit within the Zuora culture. I found the interviewers to be very engaging, personable, intelligent, and passionate.
I thought each interview was very thorough, which I appreciated - I want to work for a company who screens their candidates in a professional and inquisitve manner. They asked a mix of questions - ranging from technical/application architecture questions ("tell me about your current product architecture and how you describe it to a prospect") to personality and past choices/decisions questions ("What would you concider your biggest failures/frustrations in your career").
In summary, I thought the entire process was smooth, I thought everyone at Zuora, from the person I worked with to schedule the interviews to the folks I interviewed with where friendly, passionate, intelligent, and articulate. I love that I'm heading to a company with such great people, technology, and opportunity!!
