A 1 hour techincal telephonic interview was the first round for the position I applied, followed by a 3 hour on-location technical interview. Post this, I had a telephonic interview with the HR of 30 minutes. This was followed by another HR round of about 1 hour. I wasn't contacted thereafter, even though my technical interview went well and the HR round went fairly good. The worst of all - I wasn't provided any feedback. All of these interviews happened on different days but within the same week.
I think 30 minutes should have been enough to figure out if you want to hire a person. I invested over 8 hours for the interviews as well as company research, I would at least expect a clear no and early in the process as well if a decision has been made. If the cultural fit HR rounds are your final decision factors, they should be put first or employ an automated test to see if the culture aligns with your company.

The first meet and greet went alright, the technical interview did not. I was pretty much role silo'd to my current position and the interviewer couldn't seem to get past that my role originated as a startup, where I did COE work exclusively, and only after the acquisition I transitioned into a customer-facing role.
I didn't work very hard to correct the interviewer as a quick glance at my resume would have uncovered my Cloud Ops Engineer experience.
There was also so much talk about the CEO and how Zscaler is such a great place to work, it was the majority of the conversation and it put me off. Psychology dictates that the more you have to say you are something, the less likely it's true.

The company came to our campus. Their were 2 technical rounds and one coding test. 1 st round was based on CS fundamentals specially computer networking. The interviewer also asked me to write code for some basic problems one of them was a string matching problem and other was a hash map problem. 2nd round was a mixture of HR and technical, the interviewer asked about my previous internship and some general HR questions.
