Just amazing - Never had such a great experience with an Interview Process - They help and support you so much throughout the process that you literally can't fail unless you are not up for it!
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zscaler (Dallas, TX) en oct. 2020
Entretien
3 rounds
First round is a 30 minute screening process: Recruiter was very nice and explained about the company and found out more about you
Second Round is a interview with the hiring manager and then a mock sales call. You acting as Zscaler pitching to a company
Third Round is a panel interview with 4-5 people. Make a presentation about yourself and then, why Zscaler. You are given a company to research and you have to come up with point of contacts and make a cold call email. Then there is two mock sales calls.
Everyone was very nice in the process. Overall took 3 weeks. Received an email saying I didn't get it. I was upset but I understood. More upset they didn't call me after dragging this process out. Would of liked to received feedback as to why I didn't get it.

All in all, the process consists of 3 stages:
1) phone call with the hiring manager

3) panel interview & presentation in their office during which you will have to deliver 3 short presentations and answer questions.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
- They will go through your experience, achievements and motivations over the phone
- If you are successful, they will invite you for a panel interview with 4-5 Zscaler members. You will be required to present yourself (5 minutes), to deliver a short presentation on a success story (10 minutes) and to engage in a roleplay in which you will be a Zscaler rep trying to persuade a prospect to agree on a proof of concept.
